New ideas should be welcomed

If there was a graveyard for failed political ideas, it would be a tough place to get a plot.
There is an infinite list of obituaries for failed policies, and the cause of death varies. Some ideas are too expensive, some are lousy, some don’t pass legal muster and others run head first into a bureaucratic system too inflexible to realize their worth. - unknwon editer
